Not at Frankfurt, but still getting around!

The Lawrence Lions book is not at the Frankfurt Book Festival... but it was at Milton. Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Milton Library Holiday Programme as the guest reader.  The children's art activity was to make crazy hats and wigs like Margaret Mahy once wore.  I then had the priviledge of reading her famous lion book, the fictional story of 'The Lion in the Meadow'. After this I read the true story of The Lawrence Lions.
